Henry Williams has once again highlighted their range of highways products at Traffex – the UK’s largest highways exhibition. The stand at the three day event, which was held at the National Exhibition Centre, enabled the company to showcase its range of products including some new items.

The new ZIPpole 100HE3 High Energy street lighting columns and poles generated great interest as councils across the country move towards Passively Safe street lighting installations. This solution offers full compliance with the highest safety standards as well as being light, easy to install and combined with a range of architectural feature options. The system is fully compliant with all of the requirements of BS EN 40, BS EN 12767 and meets the 100HE3 standard of Passive Safety. A running video was displayed on the stand showing crash tests demonstrating the remarkable performance of the ZIPpole® system. This can be viewed on YouTube ZIPpole video

The stand also exhibited a new Speed Indicator VMS with a speed detector display which can be optionally fitted with wind and solar power supplies for appropriate locations. This is available with a wide range of Variable Message Signs and the latest reliable LED technology to alert motorists of impending hazards.

The exhibition stand was complemented with information on the T600 and T609 roadside enclosures as well as the range of Protect365™ bridge parapets and transition joints which are an increasing part of the Henry Williams product portfolio.
