Henry Williams have completed more installations of bridge parapets. These units have gone up at St Andrews, Fife, home of golf worldwide, and recent host of the British Open.
Our role was to carry out an initial survey and then manufacture and install a pair of parapets providing protection at a bridge over a stream near to the famous links. The design was based on the Group P2 Vertical Infill specification.
Another recent, and similar, project was at Edgeware, London as part of a flood defence scheme.
Henry Williams manufacture steel bridge parapets to approved Highways Agency standards but can also manufacture bespoke designs for customer specific requirements. These can be in steel and aluminium.
