We are delighted to announce that we have achieved Network Rail approval for bulb replacement LEDs for use in our wide installed base of signalman’s panels.
These units have been developed in conjunction with MARL International and can be installed as a direct replacement for the traditional filament bulbs. The main benefit is a much enhanced life expectancy which reduces the maintenance requirements and minimises operational uncertainty.
Henry Williams have a large number of panels throughout the rail network which utilise traditional filament bulb indications. These new LEDs will give the maintainer the opportunity to exchange the existing indications on a progressive basis without undue interference with operational availability.
