Upset Forging : Upset Forgings

Our Horizontal upset forging machines offer a service that is not too common these days.

Bar stock from 20mm up to 120mm can be forged across our machine range.

Our Upset Forgings are made predominantly in Carbon, special Alloy and Stainless Steels.

The bar stock can be upset on one or both ends and length is not a problem.

This process is ideal for forging drive shafts, half shafts, pinions, piston rods and bolts etc amongst others.
